Informed, active, empowered: research into workers’ information literacy in the context of rights at work

The paper reports the findings of research into information literacy in context workers’ rights Croatia. It analyses behaviour and ways which they obtain use to seek protection their rights. aims map out a new framework for situated at junction workplace critical literacy. Quantitative data were collected by an online questionnaire with 50 primarily close-ended questions on nationally representative sample N=500 employed workers. analysis was carried employing SPSS Excel.
